is in the village of Miikovtsi, 13km away from the town of Elena (in the middle of Stara Planina mountain).There are lots of small hamlets scattered all over the area. One of the most attractive places is Miikovtsi. The mayorality of Miikovtsi is part of the Elena region municipality. It consists of 2 villages - Miikovtsi, Ignatovtsi and four hamlets - Gorni Tanchevtsi, Tupuzi, Visokovtsi, Ralinovci. There are two more hamlets which are later included. Duhlevtsi becomes part of Miikovtsi and Atlartsi is no longer in the lists of settlements because there are no people left there...
